The OSMS & NOM Community Impact Survey will help record how the maker community rose to the occasion during this unprecedented time. Makers who are currently producing medical supplies or produced them at any time during the pandemic are encouraged to fill out this brief survey to let us know more about your organization, its capabilities, if you are accepting orders or requests. You’ll also have an opportunity to weigh in on how makers can be better supported.
Data from this survey will demonstrate the impact of local makers and help us advocate for more community resources. Remember, this survey is for anyone who produced PPE during the pandemic — You don’t have to be currently producing to respond to this survey. No matter when you made PPE, your impact counts!
